  1. I have a big patch of these cactus' right next to where I keep the feed for my chickens. I will try hard to remember forgiveness the next time they reach out and grab me. (They grow very fast.) Believe it or not, my chickens love the stuff. They reach right past the thorns and eat the juicy core.
