Spin the Wheel! It's Time for Another Classics Club Spin!

It's time for another Classics Club Spin!
What is the spin?
It’s easy. At your blog, before next Monday 23rd September 2019, create a post that lists twenty books of your choice that remain “to be read” on your Classics Club list.
This is your Spin List.
On Monday 23rd September, the Classics Club will post a number from 1 through 20. The challenge is to read whatever book falls under that number on your Spin List by October 31, 2019
Check in with the Classics Club on the October 31st to see who made it the whole way and finished their spin book!
To join in or find out more, visit the Classics Club.

What books do you have on your Spin List? Do you have any that are on my list? Which ones on my list do you recommend?
UPDATE...UPDATE...UPDATE...UPDATE...UPDATE

The Classics Club Spin fell on 5, and that means I shall be reading The Essential Rumi. That's ideal for me, as I have a copy of this book on my Kindle and I can linger over it through the spin time period that runs through the month of October. Perfect.

  1. Deb, I am also taking part in the Spin and I have Agnes Grey on my list. Of the other books on your list, I loved Bleak House, Cranford and Howards End, so I would recommend them. Good luck with the Spin! :-)

  2. We have none of the same books on our list but I love fairy tales so I should look for Ozaki. I have struggled a bit with Woolf in the past but I did enjoy To the Lighthouse so that one is recommended. Agnes Grey is also good.

  3. I've got Razor's Edge on my list as well, though a different slot.

I think Tom Jones is loads of fun, and Bleak House is one of my favorite Dickens. Enjoy!

  8. Nice list. I've read a few of these, liked most of them. Not a fan of Woolf, but I'm in the minority. Enjoy.

  9. Neat to see Ozaki here, I don't often see Japanese authors on these lists, except on mine, lol https://wordsandpeace.com/2019/09/20/the-classics-club-the-classics-spin-21/

  10. I recommend all your picks! Cranford, Bleak House, and Howards End are also favorites.

It's nice to see some poetry on a list. I've been slowly reading through The Essential Rumi but I put it aside for some months. I ought to get back to it.

  12. Can I join the spinners and read Ruminator, but opt out on the others? I have heard of/read quotes from Rumi, and would like to join y'all long enough to read it in October.
