  12. Yay. I've read 4 of these books. I agree completley about Old Dan and Little Ann. I'm so glad I got to read that book this year. I don't think I've ever read Frog and Toad, must get around to that one some day.

  13. Yep. Elizabeth and Darcy and Anne and Gilbert are on my list. With them would be Hester Latterly and Monk (Anne Perry series) and Miss Dukas and the Chief (Jo Dereske series)....I've been reading your archives. So enjoyable. It's nice to meet another adult who likes to read children's books. I bought me a small boxful of books at garage sales last weekend. :-)
