I haven't read any of the books on your list, but they look interesting. I love the covers of BE HAPPY, LIFE IS A VERB and THE LITTLE PRINCE!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog :)
Great titles for me to check out; I have to read The Little Prince. One of my favourite happiness books is Deepak Chopra's The Ultimate Happiness Prescription.
ReplyDeleteYou made me smile.

I've had Little Prince and the Happiness Project on my TBR list for quite a while. This might have given me the push to raise them to the top of the pile!
ReplyDeleteYou are the third person in a week to recommend Life is a Verb:37 Days to Wake Up, Be Mindful, and Live Intentionally - think that's a sign that I should check it out :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for your list of suggestions!
Thank you for stepping by.
ReplyDeleteAww, The Little Prince just never gets old! :)
Great picks! Good to have list of pick me up books!
ReplyDeleteGreat list. We could all use more happiness.
ReplyDeleteI've never read a self-help/inspirational book, but I've heard a lot about The Happiness Project and I've been meaning to read The Little Prince for years...
ReplyDeleteVery nice idea. I only read The Little Prince from this list. I agree, it should be placed on a list about happiness.
ReplyDeleteI think I first read The Little Prince when I was in second grade. Then a few years later again, then again. And each and every time I find something new in there. If I get really old, I hope I'll be able to read it again and realize that there still is stuff that I hadn't *seen* before. :)

This is a nice list and I could use a little happiness today, after everything went wrong. The Little Prince always makes me happy when I think about it.
ReplyDeleteHey, I also put The Litte Prince on my list! I guess that book is so great it appears on a lot of types of Top ten lists.
ReplyDeleteI've read a lot of nice comments on The Happiness Project, maybe I'll pick it up. xx Paula
I really want to read The Little Prince. It's been on my 'to-read' list for a while. There are just too many books and not enough time to read them.:D
ReplyDeleteI love the idea that life is a verb. Very empowering.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for a list. I've not read any of the books you've selected, but I've eyed The Happiness Project in the bookstore many times.

I haven't read any of these books (Though I think The Happiness Project is around here somewhere). I like that you did something really different for your list, and happiness is a great emotion (area? topic?) to study.
