ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful gift to receive ... it's a keeper!
ReplyDeleteIn recent years, I got to thinking a lot about how much my in-laws meant to me but how often I neglect to tell them. Family are those with whom we are most comfortable and so sometimes feel freest to most often show our rough edges. For that reason, I started a monthly tradition of a mother-daughter night. I haven't come up with any grand ideas yet for my father-in-law, except to show interest whenever I visit in all his new passions. Maybe one day I should do a letter. :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's the best kind of present!
