What are you reading today?!
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I love being a part of this and I hope you do too! As part of this weekly meme Book Journey loves to encourage you all to go and visit the others participating in this meme. Book Journey offers a weekly contest for those who visit 10 or more of the Monday Meme participants and leave a comment telling BJ how many you visited.
The Order of Odd Fish - sounds...fishy. haha - couldn't help it! :)
ReplyDeleteI had my first library classes of the year - with two kindergarden classes. We read a book called The Cow Who Wouldn't Come Down. Gertrude decided to fly and her owner, Miss Rosemary's famous last words....'It's a known fact cows don't fly'. haha.
Fun book - kids loved it.
Happy Reading week!
Rabid Reader, Mardel
You are right on the money...Order of the Odd Fish is quite fishy! :-)
ReplyDeleteThose are all new to me! Quite the variety too! Happy Reading!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Monday Wrapup

Old Follower :)
Now I'm off to see what you are reading today....
ReplyDeleteI love reading self-help books! Did these ones inspire you? :)
ReplyDeleteJust reading about happiness makes you, well, happier!
DeleteLove your happiness theme! I jotted down the Gretchen Rubin book, as I LOVED The Happiness Project. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteMY MONDAY MEMES POST
This is equally good.
DeleteI do sense a theme there Deb ;) I hope you're feeling optimistic after all of your happiness books! I've never read Watership Down and I don't know why not! I'll get to it one day :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
The Relentless Reader
I am feeling optimistic!
DeleteTen Tiny Toes - love it!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading!!!
Such a cute story!
DeleteThere certainly is a theme. I'm interested to hear what you think about Gretchen Rubin's new book. I read her blog too, and would like to read her books some day. I don't get through nearly as many as you do though. The Order of Odd Fish looks intriguing, never heard of that one.
ReplyDeleteGretchen Rubin is a lovely writer. Can't wait to get to Odd Fish.
DeleteI swear, Deb. Every week you reinforce the fact that we're reading twins! I've placed a hold on Watership Down a few days ago because I've never read it before. Happier at Home was downloaded this week from the library. Which book is better, Happier at Home or The Happiness Project?
ReplyDeleteEerie!
DeleteNope! Great minds think alike! ;-)
DeleteI like the theme! and those children's books look so cute.
