  2. I must have taken twenty shots of this window. I was startled to see the window open and loved the way the light came through the window.

  3. Only 20? I can see myself doing the same thing. It is fascinating to see on the other side of stained glass.

Any plans to go back to Paris soon?

  4. Nice window, presume it is stained glass. You wanted to know more on the sign. It's part of a flooded bridleway which runs under the A34. I think it's abut 2 or 3 foot deep in water at the moment.

  8. That is an awesome picture. I have never had a desire to visit Paris but after seeing all of the great photos of this city I may just have to put it on my list of places to go some day.

  10. Beautiful photo of a exquisite window. I'm not an experienced photographer, but it seems to me that you have an artist's eye for composition and light.

  11. What a great photo, but then I'll love any photo of Paris as you know. I'm trying to guess which church this is but am not sure.

  12. I hate it that you don't know, Louise, because I'm not sure myself. I'll have to see if my sister can identify it.

  13. The painted walls made me think of St Chapelle and St Germain des press first, but it doesn't look quite right for St Chapelle, and not grungy enough for St Germain. Sadly I haven't visited every church in Paris, no matter what the boys tell you. You can't tell by the photos around it in your photo program? That's how I work out things I can't quite remember.

  14. My sister thinks St. Chapelle. It was under construction when we visited. Good idea, Louise. I'll see if I can figure it out from the photos around it.
