Let me introduce myself.
Bonjour! Enchanté! Bienvenidos!
I am Debnance at Readerbuzz.
I love to read.
I especially love children's books,
travel memoirs,
literary fiction,
creative nonfiction,
and books about happiness.
I'd love to visit your blog.
If you like, follow me and leave a comment
and I will hop over and follow you.
I also invite you to:
Befriend me at Goodreads.
Follow me at Twitter.
Befriend me at Facebook.
I plan to try my own hop today.
Here's what I'm going to do:
I'll start by going to a blog I know and love.
I'll randomly pick a new-to-me blog
who has visited that blog.
And so on...and so on...
The Hop Not Taken, if you will.
If you are stopping by,
I'd love it if you could help me with this:
What is a wonderful book
you've read this year
that you recommend?
I need ideas!
If you like travel memoirs, I'd recommend Grounded by Seth Stevenson about his attempt (with his girlfriend) to travel around the world without using air travel.

Thank you for all the suggestions. I seem to be reading only children's books these days. I love children's books, but I'd like to read something else now and then!

Hi, thanks for stopping by my blog. I would recommend "The Book Thief by Markus Zusak" for you.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to come across so many book blogs. I plan to check out as many as I can. My best read was "The Whisperers" by Figes. I have reviewed it and many others on my blog.

Hi! Thank you for stopping by my blog and following! I've followed you back every where I could -- your post was too lovely to NOT get props for! ^^
ReplyDeleteI would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend the Wings series by Aprilynne Pike. I've only recently read her novels last summer and was instantly hooked. I'm an unashamed advertiser for her now! I loved her series THAT MUCH. It's about faeries and it had been my first faerie book, and I was completely in love (even though her idea of faeries clashed with my preconceived notions of dew drops and tiny little beings =P)
Have an awesome day, and happy reading! <3
How fun is this HOP idea! Have you read Waiting for Columbus? by Thomas Trofimuk. I enjoyed it a lot.
