Sounds like fun and have marked the calendar. Remind us tho, just in case, pretty please!
ReplyDeleteI have not officially signed up - although I definitely plan to participate in some capacity. I have no idea what I am waiting for :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great holiday weekend!
I can't wait for the read-a-ton! I missed it this past April but I will for sure be participating this time around!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for posting this!! This will be my second time participating. I am going to sign up right now.
ReplyDeleteIt's one of my favorite book blogger events, but I've only had time to participate once. So far my schedule looks clear, so I'll just have to wait and see. I never know what kind of surprise work (for my husband) or school event is going to come my way.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a fun event. Don't know if I could participate for 24 hours are not, but I'll definitely be watching off and on from the sidelines.
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by Thoughts in Progress and following. Dropping in to say thanks and wave hello. :)

Hi Deb,
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm signed up! I love read-a-thons...so much so that I'm hosting my own the first week of Fall. Stop by my blog and check out the details and sign up here: http://thetruebookaddict.blogspot.com/2010/09/sign-up-for-fall-catch-up-read-thon.html
Hope you'll join us, but if not, see you around at Dewey's!
I so want to participate in this event! I love visiting the blogs! Unfortunately my schedule on Oct. 9th won't allow any fun time! :-( BUT, I'll be hopping around to the blogs and encouraging everyone along on this great reading event!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
The readathon is one of my favorite events, although I never manage 24 hours. I always seem to have a theatre gig that takes my evening. (Actually I have one this year, but may reschedule it.) Plus, I do need my sleep, so I go to bed when I'm tired.
ReplyDeleteThe kids and I participated last time and had a ball. This time around however we have sports activities all day Saturday, so maybe we will just jump in later in the day. We'll see. Thanks for the reminder!
ReplyDeleteoh boy, it's that time again!
ReplyDeleteI have loved participating in the read-a-thon too, and I'm eager for October 9!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great event. Unfortunately, my schedule will not allow me to participate this time. I'm hoping to take part in the spring.
ReplyDeleteHi Deb, Nice of you to drop by. It's been a while since I visited myself. I'll be gone the whole next weekend to the Bourchercon convention in San Francisco so won't be participating in the read a thon. My family will want my undivided attention. Will drop by to cheer everyone on though.
ReplyDeleteI am so in! (had to check to make certain it was on the weekend, though!) Thanks for this post! Maybe I'll be able to finally catch up on some of my reviews! LOL!
