    1. I think it was just thought to be old. It's apparently cheaper to tear down and rebuild than to remodel.

  5. How sad. An old school close to where we live has also been torn down. It was in very bad shape.

    1. It's the school I attended as a child. There are tentative plans to tear down the school where I work in the future, too.
