1Q84! I'd like to get some more Murakami under my best this year and perhaps work my way up to that one ;)
ReplyDeleteI've only read 1Q84 from your list, but it was one of my 2011 favorites.
ReplyDeleteOne of the other titles intrigues me too: The Buddha in the Attic?? Hmmm....

I want to read Why We Broke Up soon! It looks so unique. I loved WG WG!
ReplyDeleteI love your list, so many interesting books! I have been meaning to read Redeeming Love forever, I have heard lots of good things about it.
ReplyDeleteRedeeming Love is amazing. I think you'll love it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great list. I didn't get to 1Q84 during 2011 either, so I'll be eager to hear how you liked it.
Thanks for the visit earlier.
Laura @ The Traveling Owl
I can't tell you how happy I am to see your list does not include the sequels to the sequels of the most popular YA fiction of the last few years! I have not heard of some of your reads, but judging by the covers, I may have to check them out.
ReplyDeleteRedeeming Love! That book is spectacular! Enjoy it...I look forward to hearing your thoughts on it.
Will Grayson, Will Grayson is such a good little book. It's John Green week this week...you should celebrate by reading it!
ReplyDeleteI'm familiar with only two titles mentioned, and haven't read either! But the list sounds diverse and interesting. Good luck with getting to read all these this year! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm also excited to try out Redeeming Love. I'm also hoping to test the waters on something by Murakami and 360 degrees Longitude sounds very intriguing!
ReplyDelete1Q84 made my list too. I have a $15 credit to a local indie bookstore. I think I'm going to use the credit toward buying it. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteYes, Attachments is incredible! I loved it :) Hope you really enjoy it. IQ84 I'm definitely going to get to, if my library ever get it off on order and actually onto the shelves
ReplyDeleteI've read 2 of those. I was disappointed with Will Grayson, Will Grayson -- just a little too over-the-top for me -- but I loved Redeeming Love. Have fun reading!
ReplyDeleteI read Francine Rivers for the first time last year -- And the Shofar Blew. I thought it was very good. I'm looking forward to your thoughts on these, and her book in particular.
ReplyDeleteI've only heard of two of your books! 1Q84 of course, and the Daniel Handler one (I've heard of it, but don't know too much about it)
ReplyDeleteI've been intrigued with Marie Curie since I researched her life when I was in second grade. I wish I could find a copy of Radioactive at the library.
