It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! D This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I love being a part of this and I hope you do too! As part of this weekly meme Book Journey loves to encourage you all to go and visit the others participating in this meme. Book Journey offers a weekly contest for those who visit 10 or more of the Monday Meme participants and leave a comment telling me how many you visited.

  3. Love the cover of McSorley's Wonderful Saloon!

And I have a lot of respect for you...tackling War & Peace. One of those huge books that intimidate me...

  4. I finished ten books last week, Jessica. That is a big reading week!

    ReplyDelete
  5. Laurel-Rain, I liked Dandelions a lot. It was yet another book for which I had Big Expectations, and Big Expectations always mean disaster for me: one can't help being disappointed.

  6. I wanted to quit War and Peace, Bev. But that's not really my nature. I forge on. Always. I always forge on.

  7. Wow, you've had a busy week! War and Peace....I kind of want to read it, but it's just too daunting. Hope you enjoy it :-)

  8. Oh my gosh, War and Peace. I have had this on my "must read" list since high school and I just don't think I am ever going to get to it!

    ReplyDelete
  9. War and Peace is a little daunting to me, too, Sophia!

    ReplyDelete
  10. I have had War and Peace on my Must Read List for a long, long, time, too, Helen.

    ReplyDelete
  11. You have accomplished alot in one week! War and Peace is on my reading list too, along with whatever by Arthur Conan Doyle:-)

    ReplyDelete
  12. The first six (other than Friendship Bread which I've read and loved) look really good. I'll probably add them to my list.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Wow, that is actually an impressive list. Quite a good mix too. I am half way through War and Peace and have been for about 7 years, lol. I got half way through and decided to pick up something else. Never got back to it again although I was enjoying it. I have a horrible feeling I would have to start over which is why I a little reluctant to go back to it.

Thank you for hosting a giveaway of it. I absolutely love the cover and think it would look cool framed & hanging on my wall! lol
