What are you reading this week?
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from! I love being a part of this and I hope you do too! As part of this weekly meme Book Journey loves to encourage you all to go and visit the others participating in this meme.
1492 looks so interesting, as do they all!
ReplyDeleteOOh nice! Hope you enjoy them all!

Yes, 1492 is a surprising book. Who'd have thought there were so many folk tales about exploration? If anybody knows folk tales, it's August House.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, Jessica!
ReplyDelete1492 seems really interesting! I love books that take a deeper look into different cultures!
ReplyDeleteYour poor mailman - but lucky you!
Here's my It's Monday! post.

ReplyDeleteA great haul. I love those underwater dogs...
ReplyDeleteOh I wish I have the same mailman problem - haha, 9 books! Awesome. Such a great thing to find books in the mail. I've been seeing a lot Peter Brown's Mr Tiger Goes Wild - it does look like a fun book! And of course, Grace Lin's books are always lovely. Will look out for these titles, thanks for sharing them.
ReplyDeleteI love those book delivery weeks! Ling & Ting - so excited there is the new book! Shall anticipate.

ReplyDeleteAt least your mailperson brings your books to you. My post office never delivered 2 hardcover books I was to receive last week..sigh.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, thanks for sharing some young people's books. I think my grandkids, who just got their very first dog, would love that underwater dog book. Thanks.
You always have such fun books for kids! Our library list grows longer and longer...:)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week!
What great books this week! I am especially intrigued by YOU WERE THE FIRST. That looks like it would be a very emotional title.
ReplyDeleteCurious about Mister Tiger goes Wilder.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your books!
Great week and mailbox. ENJOY!!
ReplyDeleteI am out of town and not getting too much reading done, but I am having fun. Went to a Hachette book event and received 9 books. The event was FABULOUS.
