Multicultural Children's Book Day: We Visit Other Cultures
In honor of Multicultural Children's Book Day on January 27, 2018, I want to share some of our visits to other cultures in my primary school library.

ReplyDeleteFirst off, y'all look fabulous in your costumes. How fun! We have two old suitcases like yours in the first photo. DH's aunt gave them to us years ago. Did you know, it's National Library Shelfie Day. It's also, National Compliment Day and Nat'l PB Day. :) Happy WW!
Fair play to you entering into the spirit, makes reading more interesting. I have been to three of those countries, France, Japan & China (Hong Kong) with work I might add

ReplyDeleteStudents of all ages love it when we dress up in traditional clothes from other countries. I think it's an effective way to hook them into learning!
