    Love your system of visiting 1 blog a day and 10 on Sundays -- I've been trying to work out something alike but it isn't working yet...

    I'm so glad you stopped by my blog! We have much in common. I love picture books though I haven't heard of any of those books. Some of my favorites are Odd Velvet, 365 Penguins, Bark George, Moon Soup and 17 Things I'm Not Allowed to Do Anymore. We also like Walter the Farting Dog, but only because we have the stuffed animal that farts with it.

    And I love France. I plan to go one day, even if I have to leave my husband at home. I want to visit all the museums in Paris, sit at a cafe, of course visit the Eiffel Tower and all the other cheesy stuff tourist do. But I have this great book called Paris Walks that tells you about great little walks you can take in the "arrondisments" and see gardens and shops and where the street used to be versus where it is now. Buy it used. I feel like I'm there when I read it and not a tourist, but a Parisienne. And Provence. Somehow, it makes its way into all my books that I write whether I finish them or not. I have a beautiful picture book on it. The lavender is gorgeous. So, I'm so glad you stopped by. I may look like the lady up top when I get to France, but I'll get there! Heather

    Visiting from the HOP - as I have hopped around, I have found that many people attack the blogs the same way that you do...read a few every day and then ten on the weekend. Sounds like a plan.
