ReplyDeleteLOVE the photo book - and the music that accompanies all the lovely pictures :)
ReplyDeleteYou will have to remember these Web 2.0 tools for use after YOUR trip, Molly!
ReplyDeleteLove the book! Thank you for stopping by Bookvisions.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog. Just wanted to say thanks for stopping by mine, I hope you can follow. I am now following yours!
ReplyDeleteHello! Thank you for visiting me at 2 of my blogs and for becoming a follower!
ReplyDeleteAlvin!! I'm originally from Jersey Village--near Houston. But have been to Alvin many times.
Will make my way over to your Yahoo group on 1001 children's books to read, sounds intriguing.
No, no trip this summer. Our vacation will be last week of October--going to Colorado.
ReplyDeleteDebfrance! I love it. Great video too. And I love the cover of The Story of a Seagull and the Cat Who Taught He To Fly. It's the cat. It's great when they make an expressive cat face.
ReplyDeleteLots of lovely cats in these children's books. The cats in Story of a Seagull are particularly responsible, determined to teach a baby seagull to fly despite (1) an inherent antagonism toward seagulls and (2) a lack of flight know-how.
ReplyDeleteToo cool! A happy summer indeed. Off to follow you here and there. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteI read A Year in the Merde a few years ago and loved it. I should pick up Talk to the Snail. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stoppping by. Lots of interesting stuff in your blog!
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous pictures!!! I especially love the stained glass, and the food and the sculpture of the face, and the field of lavender (that is lavender, right?) oh, heck, i just love all of the pictures!!! What a trip that must have been! And The Happiness Project....isn't that a wonderful book!
ReplyDeletemy travels this summer have only been beach-related; nothing quite as exotic as France! It is my dream to visit the Chartres Cathedral in France one day. Thanks for sharing your lovely pictures!
Hi, thankyou so much for stopping in to visit! I am returning the follow and am very excited to read your future content.
ReplyDeleteKrista
Stacy, it was an amazing trip. Yes, the lavender, the art, the churches, and, especially, the food! I hope you will make it to Chartres Cathedral one day. Start saving your pennies now. It is worth it.
ReplyDeleteThe covers on those children's books you read this week make me smile :)
