  3. Good for you! I took a yoga class this winter and decided that there needed to be special yoga classes for the fidgety! I'm all for stretching, but the lying on the floor for minutes at a time made me antsy! I'll be glad to get back to running.

  7. I'm a big fan of yoga! I can definitely tell the difference from when I'm practicing regularly and when I take too long of a break.

  9. I've only been to one yoga class, but when we moved to Oregon I decided to give it another try. I signed up for a video series taught by Cat Kabira. I'm really enjoying it! I hope to do more, maybe in a class, later this winter.

  12. Those yoga poses look so easy ... but they're NOT! I tried yoga a couple of times, but I guess I'm just not flexible enough. Should give it another try... or maybe tai chi.
My Saturday Snapshot post features hiking, ferns, and a beaver dam.

  14. Oh how fun! I've been meaning to get back into yoga. Our gym (which we just re-joined) has a Kids/Family Yoga class and my son, daughter, and I are going to start attending that.
