Wondrous Words Wednesday is a weekly meme where you can share new words that you’ve encountered, or spotlight words you love. Feel free to get creative! It was first created by Kathy over at Bermuda Onion and is now hosted at Elza Reads.
Yea! Love your memories that you share with us Debbie. Yes, I've just practiced some tsindoku this morning. Had to go and pick up a parcel right next door to a second hand bookshop. I've bought 4. No place on my shelves at all....So they are piling up all over my study!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Wednesday Debbie!

ReplyDeleteI wish I didn't either.
DeleteI doubt I will learn them a little over my head I'm afraid
ReplyDeleteThey are all new to me, too.
DeleteI was aware of the first two words but had never heard of tsundoku. Wonderful word to describe something that afflicts so many readers.
ReplyDeleteI was already familiar with the term "tsuhndoku." I knew what it meant, and now I know how to pronounce it.
ReplyDeleteI really liked this post!
